NFL Preseason Day 1 Odds

It’s football night and the preseason day 1 odds are not that big in numbers as expected. It is time for the rookies and experienced players to see how they ensemble in a real game before the season starts.

Preseason Day 1 Odds

Let’s look at some of the numbers for today. In general all totals are favored on the UNDER except for the Broncos vs Bears game.

Carolina at Baltimore

The Panthers are only -1 favorites to the Ravens, with 55% of bettors and the total is at 36.5 with 56% going for the UNDER. Guess Cam’s performance last year on the Super Bowl is still in the mind of bettors.

Tampa Bay at Philadelphia

The Eagles are -3 (-115) favorites with 60% of bettors and the total is 37 with 53% going for the UNDER. Odds wise the Eagles are the ones having toughest odds if you are going with them.

Washington at Atlanta

The Falcons are -3 favorites to the Redskins, but 54% of bettors money is going on the Redskins and the total is at 36.5 with 54% going for the UNDER. Atlanta is one of my favorites to go heavy this year as a contender for the Super Bowl. We will see how they look tonight.

New Orleans at New England

The Patriots are -3 favorites to the Saints, but 55% of bettors money is going on the Saints and the total is at 38.5 with 54% going for the UNDER. Practice is one thing, now it is game time and eventhough the Saints defense looked solid in practice, today they will have to show ready they are. I do believe the Saints will run over Garoppolo.

Jacksonville at NY Jets

The Jets are -3 favorites to the Jax, and 65% of bettors money is going on them and the total is at 36 with 66% going for the UNDER. The Jax are regrouping, and they have been evolving now every year. Still this is a Jets game definitively.

Denver at Chicago

The Bears and Broncos are EVEN on the odds for today, but 54% of battors are going with the Broncos and the total is at 35 with 54% going for the OVER. It is said that the Broncos will try all three quarterbacks, so Mark Sanchez, Trevor Siemian, and rookie Paxton Lynch will have the chance to show what they’ve got.

What do you think?
