Anaheim Ducks + 600 – Well rested, two centers who are producing and a solid D
Edmonton Oilers +650 – The upstart kids, playing loose and not feeling the pressure
Nashville Predators +800 – Also well rested, a pretty gritty team playing very hungry
New York Rangers +850 – Flying under the radar to an extent, a veteran playoff group
Ottawa Senators +1000 – Their best players are playing like it, and that’s been key
Pittsburgh Penguins +450 -The offense looks incredible. The champs look vintage
St. Louis Blues +800 – Similar to Rangers, under the radar, but playoff hungry right now
Washington Capitals +300 – The favorites because they’re the deepest, and now battle-tested
I still like the Capitals to win it all. But there are a few of these teams that are legit contenders.The winner of the Caps-Pens series, to me, is your cup winner.
