Week 13 NFL Quick Picks

Also available in Spanish Portuguese (Brazil) French

It’s already Week 13 and we had a nice taste of today’s Sunday games with a Thursday Turkey Day Preview. These quick picks are great for pick’em pools and Pro Line picks (if you’re in Ontario) or you may not want to use them at all depending on how they work out.

The Game of the Week is easily the Patriots at Packers in Green Bay, this could be a SuperBowl preview given the way Brady and Rodgers are leading their teams.

It’s still early to say how things will sort out in the playoffs but I’m looking forward to watching the Pats and Pack. It’s going to be a good one.

If there’a an upset of the week it could be the Raiders upsetting the Rams, although I’m not doubling down on that. I’m still taking the Rams if we’re talking about straight up picks.

HALFTIME UPDATE: with a 35-0 Rams lead good thing I didn’t double down on that. It’s got to painful for RaidersNation to watch.

It’s also Grey Cup Sunday! What’s that you may ask? Canadians have this funny little football league called the CFL and it’s the big weekend in Vancouver, BC. It’s the Hamilton Tiger Cats up against the powerhouse Calgary Stampeders.

The Ticats are a feel good story having started their season 2-7 and roared back for the rest of the season to find themselves a spot in the big Canadian finale.

For a quick Grey Cup pick, I’m taking the Stampeders as the closer to home team and also as a much stronger contender to take the Grey Cup.
