Meet America’s Disappointed Parents, Chuck and Nancy

Tuesday’s prime time presidential address did not leave us disappointed.

President Trump’s Tuesday night presidential address set out to create bipartisan action to improve America’s border security.

However, it seems that the only clear winner from Tuesday’s prime time television was the Twitter Meme Machine.

After Trump’s nine and a half minute address, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, were given the opportunity for rebuttal and to “check the facts”.

Although, instead of being uplifting and bringing a sense of security to the nation, the demeanor of the democrats left people relating Chuck and Nancy to disappointed parents.

It’s clear that America didn’t come-out on top Tuesday night.

Here’s the best of the best.

1. This one hit us on a personal level.

Having a parent disappointed in you rather than being angry is just as bad, maybe even worse.

Although, we’re not quite sure how Chuck Schumer is feeling. He’s either tired of the political shenanigans or just took too much Ativan.

Probably both.

2. Coming home late after a 9pm curfew.

There’s nothing more terrifying than seeing Chuck Schumer’s raised eyebrow waiting for you in the darkness when you come home three hours late.

In other words, better come home on time.

3. American Gothic

This one made me laugh out loud.

I’m not lying when I say that I would pay good money to see this at a museum.

4. It’s not mine, I was holding it for a friend.

If your parents ever found your smokes or Juul hiding under your bed, I don’t feel sorry for you.

Also, I think it’s time you get a better hiding spot.

5. My Meso-Book.

Attention: If you or a loved one has been diagnosed with Mesothelioma you may be entitled to financial compensation.

6. Post joy-ride speech.

While Nancy might be selling this one well, Chuck Schumer certainly isn’t.

There’s no getting out of this one. We all know this one doesn’t end like it does on the insurance commercials.
